Before starting my travel blogging journey, I used to look at the top travel bloggers which inspired me to travel and start my very own travel blog. There were many bloggers form whom I used to get inspiration for traveling and wandering around the world. This article is about the top bloggers which will inspire you to travel the world. It also includes some of my very favorite which I follow for a very long time.

This is one of the top travel blogs out there. It is owned by Matthew Kepnes. He is traveling for 12 years now or maybe more. After quitting his job in 2006 has been traveling since. He has been to around 100+ countries.
He also has many eBooks like destination guides, teaching English and the New York Times best-selling “How to Travel the World on $50 a day.”

THE BLONDE ABROAD
This website is owned by Kiersten Rich. She is a California native and has been in this blogging business or I would say has been sharing her awesome travel experience for the past 6 years. After traveling to around 70+ countries she has been an inspiration for all the women who want to travel solo around the world.
There is a quote on her blog which I love a lot.
It says “I HOPE TO INSPIRE YOU TO LIVE A LIFE YOU LOVE”
Check her website here – The Blonde Abroad.
I am sure we all have different bucket lists for our travels. The very interesting section of his blog are the bucket lists. He has some very interesting plans for his travels and has around 1700+ bucket list ideas for all his readers.

I first found them when I was looking for some travel couple bloggers and their site made me go woooow. Hannah and Adam are the creators of this blog. As they mention on their site their goal is to show you the best travel destination around the world.
Traveling for the past 7 years they consider their blog as a personal one but I still think there is a lot of information for all of us to check on. After being to more than 80+ countries they still look for places that still amaze all of us.

I’m not sure I should mention this on the top travel bloggers list or not. The reason is that I saw him first on YouTube. I bet many of you might be already knowing him. He has around 5.5 million subscribers on YouTube.
He is more like a Youtuber than a blogger or many people like his videos more than they enjoy his blog. The way he makes his videos is just awesome. He didn’t have any cinematic shots or very professional video editing skills. The videos are very plain and simple and just his presence makes those videos amazing to watch.
Whenever he tries a new dish, he makes that crazy facial expression which believe me you will never get bored of. You all should watch his channel.

Initially just planning for a one year of travel Matthew Karsten (owner of Expert Vagabond) continued the journey for 9 long years. He is a full-time adventure travel blogger, travel photographer, and a digital nomad.
His blog is about budget traveling, some very interesting stories on the road, inspiring travel photography, advice on nomadic living, etc. Check out his amazing adventures on his blog below.

THE POOR TRAVELER.
This is a different type of travel blog you will find on the internet. The owners Vins and Yosh try to make this blog more relatable to people.
Many travel blogs will inspire you to quit your jobs and travel the world around. Well, it is not the case for this travel blog. They don’t tell you t quit your jobs and give advice on how you can keep your job and still travel around during your vacations.

Any female travelers who are thinking about starting a travel blog or juts traveling the world around solo, you should check out her blog. Liz Carlson has been running this blog since 2010.
In the beginning, it was not meant for anything serious but after a few years, she got to know the concept of full-time blogging. After that, she quit her job and started traveling full time and working on her blog.
The most unique thing which I like about her the most is the way she deals with all the hatred she gets online. She has written a line on her website which I love.
It says “I get trolled a lot – people say mean things to me online – I am not sure why; I think I’m lovely.”

DAN FLYING SOLO.
Daniel James is the man behind this blog. I will mention him and his blog just the way he has done on his website.
…In Short: I’m obsessed with exploring the world, meeting amazing people (and goats) and getting as lost as possible with my camera. I was on the road for 1467 days between 2014 – 2018, taking a chance on changing my career from restaurants to capturing the world and somehow it all worked out…
